We want to challenge you to release the stress of your day by tapping into the mind and body. A great way to do this is the practice of yoga and/or Pilates.
Reformer and mat pilates classes are available for beginner, intermediate, advanced. Each exercise emphasizes breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. This full-body workout will strengthen your deepest abdominal muscles while sculpting your legs, arms, and back.

In this class you will work on alignment, balance, and muscle control. All levels welcome. This class offers modifications for beginners and more challenging options for advanced yogis
