Yoga 101 Vinyasa Workshop

This workshop will give new students an opportunity to explore the basic elements of a vinyasa practice; and will give advanced practitioners an opportunity to dive deeper into alignment and body awareness. The basic asanas (postures) will be taught in a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment. Brigitte will give lots of hands on adjustments so you know how to do, and feel the pose with a deeper understanding of body and breath awareness.

This workshop will include:

– Introduction to basic yoga asanas (postures)

– Instruction on how to modify poses

– How to safely move through the vinyasa flow

– Introduction to breathing and meditation techniques

Bring a friend or family member so you both can enjoy the benefits of yoga together!
