Teen Yoga

Open to ages 12-16. This class will introduce teens to yoga, specifically mindful movement, breathing techniques, intentional thought, and meditation.

 

This class is designed to guide young, open hearts to discover who they truly are and to deepen their connection with themselves and the world around them.

 

These classes will mainly focuses on having fun, letting go, centering, mindfulness, de-stressing, and revitalizing energy.
